F1 Thor is a large, long sweet pepper that can reach up to 25cm in length! Watch as your pepper plants fruits will gradually ripen from a deep green to glossy luscious red. Pepper ‘Thor’ will produce heavy crops from July to October. Sweet and crisp, irresistible sweet peppers are delicious in a salad or stuffed with mozzarella and basil. Height: 150cm (59). Spread: 60cm (24). Sow in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse at approximately 18-21°C (65-70°F) using a good quality moist compost. Cover the seeds with 6mm (¼) sieved compost. Germination 10-21 days. Transplant the seedlings singly into 7.5cm (3) pots. Finally transplant into larger pots, grow bags or greenhouse border allowing 50cm (20) between plants. Feed regularly with a proprietary fertiliser. Support plants with canes as fruits develop. Sowing - Cropping: 22-24 weeks.
