Agapanthus Full Moon Agapanthus \'Full Moon\' produce flower heads that reflect their name! These evergreen hardy perennials are ideal for incorporating structure and colour to borders throughout the summer months and have a slight difference from the average agapanthus. Their upright stems and rounded flower heads rise above clumps of strappy, dark green foliage.
