Hebe Subalpina The Hebe Subalpina is a popular choice for the sunny borders. Snugly fits into the front of the border, the gravel garden or a patio container. Sometimes mistaken for the Hebe rakaiensis, this is a hardy evergreen shrub with stunning dark glossy leaves which magically set off dazzling white flowers from early summer onwards.
