Flavor (French grown - hardneck) - An Italian pink type, produced in France, that  matures in late July. The white skinned bulbs each contain 9-16 pretty pink cloves that store for a long time once opened. 250g pack (9-16 cloves per bulb.) Picardy Wight (Softneck) - Adapted to cooler and wetter conditions, will grow anywhere in the UK that has proved a challenge to garlic. In its native region it is plaited and smoked due to its longevity. Harvested after mid July it will keep to May the following year.
