UPDATED FOR 2019 The original OMM Phantom packs were designed for ultralight racers who pack light and compact now this new and improved version of the OMM Phantom 20 has a 7 point Yoke harness system to align the pack with your spine rather than shoulders and a vest front to offer the most comfortable stable and useful running pack yet This OMM rucksack uses the Phantom Suspension system and 7 point yoke harness to attach this pack to your spine rather than the shoulders to allow you to move freely and increase efficiently This design combined with the shock absorbing suspension stabilisers will work to reduce swing and keep the pack in line The design of the original Phantom rucksack was very minimalist we feel the improvements OMM have made to this version make this running pack incredibly useful and comfortable ideal for endurance athletes and regular runners alike We particularly like the harness design on the front that not only helps to keep the pack nice and comfortably in place but also offers extra storage thanks to the two stash pockets one is ideal for keeping nutrition and other essentials close to hand and one for a drinks bottle Weighing at around 360g and with a capacity of 20 litres this is one of the best running backpacks available
