Breath is life. We start off as a few cells that grow and mature within our mothers womb, where respiration occurs all the time in the absence of breathing. Then, once we are born, we draw in our own oxygen. You will learn how human beings do this. You will learn about the process of breathing, respiration....how they are linked and understanding both as separate processes that interlink as part of something very important. You will also learn why we should preserve our lungs and what enters them.This course will also briefly cover respiratory illness caused by infectious disease.
