Animated adaptation of the classic L. Frank Baum novel. When Dorothy and her dog, Toto, are taken away from their home in Kansas, they find each other in the weird and enchanted land of Oz. While on her voyage to find the Wizard, hopeful he will help take her home, Dorothy meets the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion. They escort her to the Emerald City. When they arrive, however the Wizard declines the offer to assist them unless Dorothy abolishes the Wicked Witch of the West.
