1980s action-packed prison-set crime drama starring Sylvester Stallone and Donald Sutherland. Frank Leone is serving time for beating up some thugs. The prison\'s governor Warden Drumgoole chooses to put him through a hellish regime. Leone manages to escape and exposes the injustice and abuse he experienced. He is rewarded by being sent to an open prison to finish his sentence.
