This gritty, revisionist take on the true story of the legendary gunfight at the OK Corral stars Stacy Keach as Doc Holliday and Faye Dunaway as Kate Elder.  Doc Holliday travels with Kate Elder, whose services he won in a poker game, to the town of Tombstone to visit his old friend Wyatt Earp. An election is in full swing with Sheriff Wyatt standing as a candidate. The powerful Clanton family strongly object to his bid and the two warring factions decide to meet at the OK Corral and settle their differences in a shoot-out to the death.
