Action-packed Ukranian war drama. The Bolshevik army is led into Ukraine hoping to storm Kiev. But they are met by a small band of soldiers willing to die for their country. General Muravyov leads the Bolshevik army into Ukraine hoping to storm Kiev with his 4,000 strong battalion. However, outside the small town of Kruty in northern Ukraine his men are met by a small band of Ukrainian soldiers, mostly students, who engage them in battle and are prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
