Big-screen action comedy based on the classic 1970s crime series, starring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson as the undercover police detectives David Starsky and Ken \'Hutch\' Hutchinson. The pair are reluctant partners and when assigned their latest case by their boss, Captain Dobey, the duo realise that the cocaine dealer they are after, Reese Feldman, is the same criminal who was involved in their very first case. The chase begins, with the becardiganed Starsky and laid-back Hutch wise-cracking their way through the streets of Bay City in the famous souped-up red-and-white Ford Gran Torino, helped by their streetwise informant, Huggy Bear. The film boasts an appearance by the original Starsky and Hutch actors, Paul Michael Glaser and David Soul.
