A typical day in Brighton during 2005 when two retired working class couples – Derek and Dinah, Dave and Doreen are on a day trip to the beach. They decided to return to the seaside resort of Brighton after an absence of 40 years in an uproarious attempt to relive their youth. But Brighton is changing and the friends can\'t keep up. The result is a vengeful act of violence that exposes the gaps and similarities between class, gender and sexual orientations.
