U.S. soldier Ray Elwood takes advantage of his relationship with trusting Colonel Berman to steal army supplies and maintain a profitable side-line selling heroin to the local police force. However, when Robert E. Lee, a new less gullible sergeant arrives Elwood finds his operation coming under threat.
