The first of Gerry Anderson’s acclaimed supermarionation Thunderbirds movies sees International Rescue helping out with security on a beleaguered mission to Mars. Thanks to their efforts the landing goes off without a hitch, but on the return journey the high-tech spaceship is badly damaged and threatens to crash land in a densely populated area.
