Feature-length animation following the adventures of the DC Comics superheroes. Batman (voice of Kevin Conroy) investigates a spaceship after it crash-lands in the waters of Gotham Harbour and discovers it has brought an alien girl to Earth. When Superman (Tim Daly) arrives to help, the duo realise the craft\'s occupant is Kara Zor-El (Summer Glau), Superman\'s Kryptonian cousin. While Superman, Wonder Woman (Susan Eisenberg) and Lyla (Rachel Quaintance) take Kara to Themyscira to teach her how to control her powers, Darkseid (Andre Braugher) learns of her presence on Earth and becomes intrigued by her powers. When Kara is kidnapped by Granny Goodness (Edward Asner) and taken to Apokolips the heroes rush to save her from the evil clutches of Darkseid before it\'s too late.
