There is wear, bumping and rubbing around the edges and discolouration, especially to the spine board. Pages are gilt edged, crisp and clean and in a tight binding. There is a pencilled inscription on the inside front pastedown and there is light spotting and very slight discolouration around the edge to the back. Overall in a very good condition, printed in England, in 1925.
