He was elected as an Ulster Unionist Member of Parliament for North Antrim in 1895, resigning in 1899 by becoming Steward of the Manor of Northstead.Hardback book in fair condition. Internally book in good condition, with some foxing to front & back endpapers. Both front & back boards are stained. Previous owner has signed it on title page (see photo).
