The Xpelair DX100T is a cost-effective, compact and easy-to install single speed extractor fan that is suitable for a wide range of domestic applications including bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets including zones 1 & 2. It is also suitable for commercial applications such as hotel bathrooms, office toilets and other small rooms. This model, the DX100T (manufacturer’s code: 90841AW) is the 100 mm (4 inch) standard model with the valuable addition of a timer. The timer can be configured to run for a delay of between two and 20 minutes and will also work with a remote switch (not supplied). This axial extractor fan is IP X5 rated and BEAB approved. The DX 100T comes with a softly curved flow line grille design with will blend into wall or ceiling décor, whilst the shallow depth of the outlet spigot ensures compact window installation.
