The Soft Instep 3 system evenly distributes pressure for a comfy fit, and the Tecno 3 closure system makes for easy fit adjustments even on the fly. The heel cup provides some extra protection. The Trace 2 is compatible with two-bolt cleats including Shimano SPD.
