Grapeseed oil is the perfect base oil choice when performing an aromatherapy massage, as it has a satin like texture and is perfect for diluting essential oils. Lighter than coconut oil and jojoba oil, it also makes a great light weight moisturiser. With a whole host of skin boosting properties, including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Omega 3 Fatty acids, Omega 6 Fatty acids, Omega 9 Fatty acids, Palmitic acid, Stearic acid, and OPCs (oligomeric proanthocyanidins) which help restore collagen, so great for anti-ageing too!
