The BodyTrain T900 Elite is both a fantastic looking and more importantly performing treadmill. The Elite has a maximum speed of 14km per hour and a massive 15 degree automatic motorised incline. The running deck measures 123 x 42cm. The Elite has 9 pre programmed workouts which utilise both the incline and speed functions of the treadmill. Then following on from this there are 3 user programmable workouts so you can make it as easy or as hard as you like. If you prefer you can take control of your own workout using the computer or the very handy short cut keys. The short cut keys are ideal when doing interval training.
