The boot shell is heated in an oven, then the skier’s foot is placed inside the complete boot whilst it cools. With the foot’s natural standing pressure, the forefoot of the boot can expand up to 3mm per side and the ankle area up to 5mm per side.Liner3D Platinum Light, Washable Liner, mouldable. Thermoformable material is used in the heel, ankle and midfoot areas, plus the tongue.
