Elemis Balancing Lavender Toner contains Sweet Betty Flower, a natural cleansing and foaming agent that replaces alcohol and other harsh detergents. This truly gentle toner is healing and helps to reduce inflammation caused by acne or environmental aggressors. The active bases of plant glycerine and de-ionised water moisturise, soften and rehydrate your skin as well as aiding the penetration of your moisturiser or night cream. Directions: Moisten a cotton wool pad with the toner and wipe gently over the face after cleansing. Can also be used as a revitalising spritzer. Avoid direct contact with eyes.
