This Carpoint ceramic in-car heater is designed to plug into your 12v power accessory socket and provides up to 200w of power. 200 watt is about the maximum that you can put through a cigar lighter plug socket. We\'d recommend that you only use this device on it\'s own in a 12 socket and do not use it in a twin socket splitter with other 12 volt accessories or you are likely to blow your car fuse. We\'d also advise that this product is only used with the user present and should not be left unattended at any time.
