The Carlisle Brass DK7 Quadrant Arm Window Stay Polished Brass is generally used to restrict the opening of bottom hung fan light windows, either opening in or opening out. When fitted the quadrant stays will only allow the window to open a fixed safe distance. Usually they are fitted in pairs.
