You’ll make your bread from scratch with fresh yeast, and one dough becomes a flavoured Foccacia. Cannellini bean salad – A clean summer salad with Pomegranate seeds and honey & lemon dressing.Baby Camembert parcel – A whole small Camembert topped with creamed leeks and redcurrant jelly, wrapped in puff pastrySpicy chicken thighs – Baked with Moroccan spice, honey and mustardSalmon filo parcels – Fresh salmon fillet topped with ras-el-hanout and mango chutney, wrapped in Filo pastry.Cous cous - with toasted pine nuts, spring onion, fried garlic, red pepper, red chilli and sweetcornButternut squash and fresh coriander mash – You’ll roast the squash, before mixing it with mashed potato, chopped fresh coriander, grain mustard and crème fraiche!Crème caramel – A wonderfully clean dessert of milk with eggs and a little sugar, set in caramel moulds This Mediterranean cooking experience is the perfect way to broaden your culinary horizons and would make an excellent experience gift for the budding chef in your life!
