The York Fitness Standard 1\" Barbell Bar is manufactured from chromed solid steel. The bar 5 foot long and is designed for use with 1\" standard weight plates up to a maximum weight of 125 KG.The bar features a knurled grip pattern that gives great grip on workout sessions and helps promote correct hand position. Standard 1\" spring collars are required to secure weight plates to the bar. These are not included but available separately (522337). The 5ft bar features two 11” fixed collars and 37” between the two collars. This bar is perfect for home use with other York Fitness products.
