It contains ibuprofen lysine, a non-steroid anti-inflammatory medicine that relieves pain and reduces swelling.nHow do I take Nurofen Express 684mg Caplets?nFor oral administration and short term use only.nAdults and children over 12 - Swallow 1 caplet with water, every 4 hours when required up to 3 times a day.
