The Stream Box S2 is a high-quality network audio streamer with support for high-resolution data up-to 24-bit / 192kHz. With both ease of use and sound quality at its core the Stream Box S2 makes playing your music easy – whether its owned music stored on your phone or held on a NAS drive or simply streamed using the worlds most recognised subscription streaming platforms. Multiple Stream Box S2s can easily form a multi-room setup while in addition two units can be connected to build a stereo pair (with assigned left and right channels). Alongside the wireless and wired network connection options there are also three audio output options; Fixed line-level (RCA pair) for use as a traditional source variable (mini-jack) for use with powered speakers or power amplifiers or digital (optical) transmission for connection straight to a dedicated DAC.
