This green LED GLS is part of a range of coloured bulbs from Crompton Lamps that has been designed to replace traditional coloured bulbs and offer a more efficient, durable alternative.From the outside its impossible to tell them apart from their traditional counterparts. Each bulbs envelope is coated internally to prevent the colour from fading over time, which in turn obscures the LED components inside. This results in a range that can conceivably slash your lighting bill by up to 90% while remaining cosmetically identical.With a nominal lifetime of 20,000 hours, this bulb also lasts much longer (up to 20x in some instances) and all but removes the same replacement costs associated with traditional filament bulbs. It also boasts an IP rating of 65, which equips it for use in outdoor fixtures, providing it is paired with a suitable IP65 rated socket.Please note that even though the light bulb itself is IP65 rated, it must be used in a suitable IP65 rated socket in order for it to be used outside safely.
