Alphabet Moulds Silicone Sugarcraft Mould - Train with Carriages This silicone sugarcraft mould is perfect for creating sugar train carriage decorations for any train themed celebration cake. Includes: Engine and coal, freight and passenger carriages complete with wheels and bogies. Also included are additional wheel impressions. Use with sugar/flower paste, marzipan, chocolate or isomalt. To use: Use with a firm sugarpaste or modelling strength paste or flowerpaste. (Paste must not be too sticky) Dust mould with cornflour and tap out excess. Do not use icing sugar as this could cause the paste to stick to the mould. Press the paste into the mould and trim off any excess with a small palette knife, there is no need to wait for the paste to dry. Neaten the edges. Small items should drop out easily but larger items may need a little easing. Dimensions: The engine, when assembled: 46mm (L) x 26mm (H) x 12mm (W) The second mould measures 103mm x 57mm and consists of impressions for the engine, coal and carriage roof along with two additional flatbed carriages measuring 35mm and 24mm (L) x 14mm (W)
