One pack will make enough buttercream for 24-48 cupcakes (depending on coverage) To Use: For buttercream: Place 250g of softened butter into a mixing bowl and mix for several minutes until light and fluffy. Add half of the icing sugar to the butter and beat. Add the remaining icing sugar plus a tablespoon of milk and beat until light, fluffy and smooth. Colouring may be added if desired.
