PME \'Too Good To Be True\' Plain Cake Mix - 500g Devilishly delicious this cake mix by PME is simply \'too good to be true\'! Simply add add oil and water to create a lovely moist, plain sponge cake or cupcakes. One pack will make a classic 8\" cake or 20-24 cupcakes - depending on how generous you are with your portions! To use Preheat oven to 160°C (fan oven) Grease the bottom and sides of a 7\"-8\" tin In a large bowl, mix the cake mix with the water and vegetable oil with a spatula or whisk for around 5 minutes. Pour the mix into your cake tin. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed without cake mix on it. Cool for ten minutes in the tin, remove and rest on a cooling rack to cool completely for 1 hour. For cupcakes, follow instructions 1-4 but pour the mixture into cupcake cases pre-inserted into a cupcake pan/tray. Bake for 25 minutes.
