It is recommended that you order these to arrive approx. one week before, then decorate in the week leading up to, the celebration.  The cake will then be in perfect condition to enjoy on the day and for some time afterwards. Pefect for those of you who enjoy the decorating but not the baking, or for all those in a hurry with no time to bake. This sponge will also freeze well enabling you to build up a stock ready for those last minute requests. Each cake individually packed in a strong, convenient cardboard box, for protection during transportation.
