Alphabet Moulds Silicone Sugarcraft Mould - Faces This silicone sugarcraft mould is perfect for creating sugar face decorations for your cakes and cupcakes. 2 piece mould includes one small face and one large face. Use with sugar/flower paste, marzipan, melted chocolate or isomalt. To use: Use with a firm sugarpaste or modelling strength paste or flowerpaste. (Paste must not be too sticky) Dust mould with cornflour and tap out excess. Do not use icing sugar as this could cause the paste to stick to the mould. Press the paste into the mould and trim off any excess with a small palette knife, there is no need to wait for the paste to dry. Neaten the edges. Small items should drop out easily but larger items may need a little easing. May also be used with melted chocolate.  Dimensions: Mould: 75mm dia.
