Alphabet Moulds Silicone Sugarcraft Mould - Plain Beads A quick and easy way to add a beaded decoration around your cakes. Includes: Two rows of beads, small and large. Use with sugar flower paste. To use: Use with a firm paste such as flowerpaste. (Paste must not be too sticky and needs to be strong for easy removal from mould.) Dust mould with cornflour and tap out excess. Do not use icing sugar as this could cause the paste to stick to the mould. Press the paste into the mould and trim off any excess with a small palette knife, there is no need to wait for the paste to dry. Neaten the edges. Small items should drop out easily but larger items may need a little easing. Not recommended for use with melted chocolate, but more suitable with Cocoform modelling chocolate.
