Squires Confectioners glaze is an edible varnish, ideal to use wherever a high gloss finish is required or simply as a protective coating. The glaze is easy to apply with a brush, dries clear and can be used on breads, buns, rolls, cakes, sugar flowers and more.
Can be used on sugar, chocolate and marzipan. Used extensively for creating a shine on sugar leaves, flowers etc.
