Bellissimo Flexi Smoothers - Medium - Set of 2 This set of 2 Bellissimo flexi smoothers are perfect to create a sharp top edge on your sugarpasted cake!  Includes rounded and straight ends, Ideal for cakes from 6\" - 9\". Before using these smoothers it is important to create a smooth, clean edge on the cake surface below.  Use on cakes while the sugarpaste is still fresh. For a round cake, hold the smoother with the curved edge on the top of the cake and hold the straight smoother against the side of the cake. Apply light pressure and gently run the two smoothers together around the top edge of the cake.  A crisp edge will start to appear. Repeat as necessary. For a square cake, use the straight edges of each smoother to achieve a sharp edge. This product is not dishwasher safe. Dimensions: 105mm (L) x 80mm.
