Squires Gum Tragacanth - 14g
Gum Tragacanth is a natural gum powder that can be used to strengthen any type of icing. Made from a natural gum and is a very useful and versatile ingredient in sugarcraft and cake decorating.
To use, simply add 1tsp into every 250g of sugarpaste and work into paste to help make a firmer consistency.
This will create a stronger icing which will then hold detail better, also ideal for creating sugar flowers.
