Wilton Bake-Even Strips - Pack of 2  How often have your cakes overcooked just around the edges? These Bake-Even strips are designed to ensure a perfectly evenly baked cake all over. Pack contains 2x 1.5\" wide strips, each  35\" long - enough for 2 tins up to 10\" round, or twice around a deep tin. Using these strips will ensure that your cakes bake evenly, without overcooking around the edge. Ideal for fruit cakes. To Use: Measure - Fit the dry strips around your tin and thread the strip through the fabric loop. Soak - Remove the tin and run the strip under cold water to wet (For best results - leave under cold water for 5 mins) Remove excess water, do not wring! Cinch - Place wet strip on your work surface and put tin inside. Cinch to tighten, add cake mix then bake as instructed on recipe. Dimensions: Each strip measures: 35\" (L) x 1.5\" (W)
