Squires Flexi Ice - White 250g This Squires instant mix Flexi-Ice is perfect for creating beautiful edible lace designs for your celebration cakes and cupcakes. A high quality mix that is so simple to use, just add water and the icing is ready to use in lace moulds or use the icing to pipe or stenicl. The mix can also be coloured using our Colour Splash gels or dusts to suit your theme, The handy resealable pack also keeps the mix fresh for your next project. To Use: Sift 100g of the mix into a bowl, Add 150ml of cooled, boiled water. Colour at this point if desired.  Beat for 3 minutes with a spoon until you have a smooth mixture. Smooth over your chosen lace mat and place in a cool oven (approximately 60–70°C) for about 20 minutes or leave to dry at room temperature.
