Sugarflair Sugarcel - 225g A gum tragacanth substitute powder which when added to sugarpaste will strengthen it for making modelling paste. It may also be added to royal icing to make a modelling paste. (This will make a whiter icing than natural gum tragacanth). Handy to keep in the cupboard for when you need to strengthen paste. To Use: Add approx 1 tsp to 250g of sugarpaste to strengthen.  Knead in well and leave for minimum of 1-2 hrs (if possible leave for 24hrs).   This will make a modelling / flower paste suitable for any modelling or flower projects.
