Gum Tragacanth power is made from a natural gum and is a very useful and versatile ingredient in sugarcraft and cake decorating. To use, simply sprinkle and work into sugarpaste or rolled fondant to help make a firmer consistency. This will create a stronger icing which will then hold detail better.
