Perfect for flowers/leaves, modelling and rolling out thinly for more detailed work. Colour with concentrated paste colours, or mix with any pre-coloured ready to roll icing. Knead well to soften - you will find it easier and smoother to use, Roll out using a dusting of icing sugar, or a smear of white fat, on your board.
