Stamp onto your surface with even pressure. Liberally pour your choice of WOW! Embossing Powder onto the stamped image. Pour excess back in the jar. The powder will temporarily stick to the stamped area. Heat set with a heat gun and melt until shiny. Admire your embossed image!
