It incorporates a filter and UVC which makes it the perfect \'universal\' filtration solution - no need for separate filter boxes and other components - this pump does it all! Not only that but it is designed to be positioned underwater leaving your water garden looking free from plastic. The pond pump element of this product has a powerful flow of 2,000lph and this flow can be directed to create a fountain and/or waterfall. The easy-access filter bed is extra-large with a high capacity surface area. This means it can draw in a significant amount of pond dirt and debris keeping your pond clean and healthy. When periodic cleaning is required there is \'easy access\' to the filter bed by simply flipping the locking clips. Inside the filter bed is a large foam and \'pods\' of biomedia designed to encourage healthy bacteria to thrive. Finally a powerful 11 watt ultra violet clarifier helps to prevent green water and keep your pond looking its best. This powerful unit suits garden ponds sized up to 6,000 litres (2,640 gallons).
