All exante meals are enriched with 27 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre. Eating three exante products a day will provide you with 100% of your EU Recommended Intake (RI) for vitamins and minerals. Mix the contents of the sachet with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute (700w). Stir well and microwave for a further 1 minute.
