The PIAZZANO Farm is much more than a simple company, it represents the extraordinary passion for the wine world of an entire family, that of BETTARINI. In 1948, Otello Bettarini, a well-known industrialist from Prato with a passion for astronomy, fell in love with these places to the point of deciding to move there permanently. In this village, among these hills surrounded by greenery south of Empoli, he found the right one astral conjunction to undertake what would become the main activity of this family, the VITICULTURE. He directed all his energies in an attempt to make known and enhance this land, in promoting its excellence.
