We\'re Gorkhali Nepalis belonging to the Newar community, known for making great achaars. Achaar is a spicy condiment that accompanies our main meals, which involves a simple making process yet unique in itself. We can make achaars out of anything, or even with just three basic ingredients if there\'s nothing available around the kitchen. We use ingredients and recipes that have been passed down to me from four generations. We will show you how a simple thing as this can be an art, a health necessity that is tasteful and soulful.
