Dulux Fine cream Matt Emulsion paint 5L.Dulux Matt is a smooth and creamy emulsion paint for use on walls and ceilings and is ideal for a modern flat finish. It takes 2-4 hours to dry and will cover up to 13 m² on average. At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection.
